The practice of tsok
Feast Offering (Skt. ganachakra / Tib. tsok): A ceremonial meditation practice which involves blessing, offering, and consuming food and drink as representations of wisdom.
Participants generally contribute by bringing food and drink offerings to the tsok or by offering a material contribution for the purchase of the tsok ingredients. Following the tradition of Kangyur Rinpoche, outer offerings for tsoks are vegetarian and non-alcoholic, including fruits, sweets, biscuits, juice, etc.
