Chanteloube projects
Current projects: Overview
| Study & practice scholarships: Support for students, practitioners & three-year retreatants |
|
Chanteloube endeavours to support students who wish to attend Songtsen’s seminars and programmes, or have the motivation and necessary qualities to successfully follow a traditional three-year retreat, but who lack the material means to do so. For this reason, Chanteloube has created a scholarship fund to enable students to attend seminars, teachings, and retreats, who would otherwise not have the means to attend. Donations towards this fund will help to cover basic event / retreat expenses, such as the costs of the teaching hall or tent, maintenance of the retreat facilities, administrative duties, as well as the travel expenses of Chanteloube's invited teachers.

| Drupchens: Sponsoring drupchens for peace & harmony in the world |
|
Since 1996, Chanteloube has been helping to organize an annual drupchen, an elaborate ritual and intensive meditation that takes place over a period of ten days. Drupchens are also frequently arranged in the East, at various points in the Tibetan calendar. Since 2005, we have focused more on sponsoring drupchens in Asia. Drupchens have many profound benefits, including helping to purify or prevent obstacles and helping to create peace in the world.
