Songtsen: Casa da Cultura do Tibete
Songtsen, Casa da Cultura do Tibete, is a Portuguese NGO whose main purpose is to contribute to the preservation, knowledge, study and the accessibility of Tibetan culture and values, in all of its expressions—religious, philosophical, artistic, and social.
Songtsen: Casa da Cultura do Tibete was founded in 1998 by Portuguese students of Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, and relies on the universal message of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, integrating an international network of similar institutions; with the purpose of universalizing the spirit and wisdom of the Tibetan people.

Kangyur Rinpoché – Fundação Para a Preservação da Cultura Tibetana
Kangyur Rinpoché – Fundação Para a Preservação da Cultura Tibetana was created in 2002 and recognised in 2005 with the goal of preserving Tibetan culture and making its knowledge and wisdom accessible in the West, and more specifically in Portugal, as well as promoting peace and happiness throughout the world.
It fulfills many of Songtsen’s activities in Portugal, such as inviting great Tibetan masters, promoting the translation and publication of Buddhist texts, and organising visits of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
